The Class 10 Certificate as the Spelling Anchor in Jharkhand, in Roman and in Hindi
Every reader that matters, a recruitment panel, a passport counter, a university, a bank's KYC officer, tests a name against the JAC Class 10 certificate, because it is the oldest record made by an institution and the one the others were meant to copy.
