It reads them against the rest
The scrutiniser compares the notice with the affidavit and the proforma: names, father's or husband's name, address, the notary's place and the affidavit date. A difference anywhere is the defect that returns the file.

Submitted papers are not returned in any case, so the pages you send are gone whether the file is published or returned. Your second copies are the only ones you will ever have.
